Commanders Program
Commanders Program
The Commanders Program is a series of five events that take place at various local military installations that give you a hands-on experience as to what the military brings to our community. NIMAC is looking for a select group of leaders in business, education, government and non-profit organizations across the Buffalo Niagara region to take part in this program. For more information on the program contact NIMAC at info@nimac.org for a nomination form. Download the brochure to learn about this once in a lifetime experience.
The United States Military has been a very important piece of the American culture going back to the founding of our nation. No organization in our history has trained and produced more leaders than our military. Locally, the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS) is also a very important piece of the Western New York culture and community. The NFARS not only brings great economic impact but we also have the benefit of having military members, the “ultimate volunteers” as our friends and neighbors. We invite you to take part in a program being offered by the Niagara Military Affairs Council (NIMAC), that will build your appreciation of our military and the NFARS like none other.

As members of the NIMAC Commanders Program, you are invited to participate in a partnership that will provide a better understanding of military leadership, organizational development, national defense, briefings, as well as missions, customs, and traditions of our military.
